Every Thursday evening (except holidays) from 6-10 pm, Palm Canyon Drive is closed to traffic and is transformed into a lively festival featuring a wide variety of vendors displaying quality art, jewelry, crafts, food, live entertainment, and a certified Farmers Market. The Palm Springs Architectural Museum

Architecture and Design Center, Edwards Harris Pavilion, in downtown Palm Springs is the hub of the museum’s exploration of architecture and design, and houses related exhibitions and educational and community programs, as well as research space and a storage area for the museum’s growing architecture and design collections and archives.

The Coachella Valley’s only major museum is located within walking distance of the hotel, and features world-class exhibitions of fine art, as well as offering many educational programs. The museums permanent collection is made up of 19th, 20th, and 21st Century art, as well as exciting special exhibitions from around the world. There’s an eclectic calendar of performing arts each season in the Annenberg Theater, located in the lower level. Located right next to downtown at the base of the San Jacinto mountains, this modern building was designed by Palm Springs architect E. Stewart Williams. Village Green Heritage Center

Created by the Palm Springs Historical Society, this mini-village located in the heart of downtown feature the McCallum Adobe (first pioneer home built in Palm Springs, now the home of the History Museum), Miss Cornelia’s White House, Ruddy’s Genral Store, and the Agua Caliente Cultural Museum Information Center. These historical buildings can be toured from October through May.
