Information for Groups: Bookings of three or more guestrooms may constitute a hotel recognized group, and require there be a designated group contact. Groups are subject to special depositing and/or financial responsibility requirements beyond which individual bookings must comply. A group may also be required to book all guestrooms of the property (for a minimum of 2 nights) in order to have the exclusive use of common areas. A variety of rental and use fees may be assessed to cover costs associated with servicing a group.
